An unusual dandelion?
This cluster of flower heads is at the top of just the one thick stalk



I counted 4. Have never seen such a specimen before. Is it unusual?

I'm also wondering what these might be. They've appeared in a hedge bottom that I strimmed at the back end of last year. They hadn't previously been seen there. I'd be grateful for identifcation please

Your dandelion is suffering from what is called fasciation - it happens to all kinds of plants. I have a three-headed one with a 1" flat stalk.
Your flower is a Cuckoo-flower, or lady-smock, Cardamine pratensis. Very pretty, likes damp places usually.
