| | | Plant ID's Please
On arable farmland in East Yorkshire.
Im fairly sure that this plant looks like someone's sprayed it with herbicide but infact its just how it naturally dies back?
Edge of mixed woodland and agricultural land, I see this species all over so really want to know what it is.
Thankyou DH |

I'm not sure about the second being Dogs Mercury, but I cannot offer any other possibilities.
Sure someone here will put this to bed

2. Leaves and stems look like Dog's mercury, but difficult to ensure as no flowers present.
