Grass near canal was quite tall not hairy, round clinging auricules, no ligule present. I keyed giant fescue but... only good pic I have

2. Is this Pyracantha, never really pay attention to garden plants and really common in hedges.

3.Taken on a bridge in Bath is it a moss?

4. Which anemone? A garden plant but it will bug me if I don't know!

5.Escaped Garden mint?

1. Reed Canary-Grass - Phalaris arundinacea.
2. Pyracantha, one of the dozens of garden vars.
3. Sedum sp. (poss. S. acre)
4. Japanese Anemone - Anemone x Hybrida.
5. Mint - Mentha sp./hybrid. (poss. Spearmint or Peppermint. Did you smell it?)

Very minty smell Dorts and gah I thought 1 could have been reed canary grass, ive posted a similar plant before, live and learn
