good evening. i was out fungi spotting today and came across this on some rough ground next to a barn in the hills. dont even know why i photographed it. its not exactly prety but it appeared to be some sort of kale and looked out of place in its setting. can anyone please tell me what it is?? many thanks tn.

Definitely not one of my favourite winter vegetables, Curly Kale.

| | | Re: is this some type of kale?? not very good at this lark am i? seen lots of ragwort and even got photos of it possibly didnt recognise this as i tend to concentrate on the flowers and dont study the whole plant. (nother lesson learnt) shant bother taking cutting for my veg patch!! many thanks for the id. regards tn.
