| | | Growing Snowberry from seed??? I'd like to grow Snowberry(Syphoricarpus Albus ) from seed,anyone got any suggestions on how to do it properly?? My neighbour has got a lovely Snowberry shrub and i'm about to take some berries off it to use the seeds.Is this the right time of year to do this?? |

| | | Re: Growing Snowberry from seed??? Why not take up a rooted sucker - there will be plenty? That's the usual method of propagating Symphoricarpos. The berries don't always have viable seeds. Any time now will do for either. Once you have it you'll never be without it!
