Type of Dock Maybe?

My wife spotted and photographed this plant which I think is a type of dock but we would love to have it identified.

It may of course be disfigured by weed spray but this is unlikely as this was growing on a RSPB reserve called Minsmere on the Suffolk coast.

I think this may be Curled dock - Rumex crispus.

I agree, Curled Dock - Rumex crispus, though on this plant the fruits are more tightly clustered than usual.
