Not Bindweed, I think you will find they are the leaves of Black Bryony Tamus communis, the only member of the Yam family that grows wild in Britain. It is poisonous!

| | | Re: what plant leaves are these ? I think it's Black bryony too: you can see lower LH the little flower stems from an axil. Convolvulus leaves are narrower.
