| | | Britain's smallest plant Hi guys,
I am doing a bit of research for a book I am currently writing. Does anyone know what the smallest plant in the British Isles is?
By plant I mean Angiosperm, Gymnosperm, Pteridophyte, or Bryophyte.
Basically, any true land plant so not algae please
Thanks a lot!

| | | Re: Britain's smallest plant It's a water weed not a land plant, but Britain's smallest flowering plant is said to be Rootless Duckweed, Wolffia arrhiza, which grows in the Gwent levels.
