| | | Re: Hogweed Sap I react to cleavers quite a lot, and if they just brush my arms I come up in lots of welts, looking like I've gone 15 rounds with a cat! Where I walk, cleavers grows a lot where the Himalayan Balsam is, so could it be that? |

| | | Re: Hogweed Sap o Hi Teresa - there are plenty of clevers growing on and around the Balsam here too so it’s possible I guess - although it could be any number of plants by the sound of it......unfortunately the guy who was complaining about the rash wasn’t even wearing a t-shirt just a hi-vis vest which he had open.....so he really only has himself to blame......or at least the supervisor who should ensure they are wearing the correct clothing.....the problem is - once one of the workers finds a way out it seems to spread to the others to the point were we only get 1-2 turning up now.......controlling Balsam with un motivated individuals who have no interest in the environment is tricky business
