Broad-leaved Everlasting Pea - Lathyrus latifolius.
A lovely Pea flower.

Steve, No it escaped into the wild from gardens around the country many years ago now and has established itself in an incredible variety of habitats.
Its close relative, though much less common, the Narrow-leaved Everlasting Pea is native: well worth looking out for when you come across a large pea-flowered plant.
