We had a post like this just the other day. Same type of flower.
What you have (without getting too technical) is a normal Bee Orchid flower, where the tip of the lip, that is normally tucked in under the flower, is still sticking out.
This is not uncommon, and such flowers are often confused with a form called the Wasp Orchid.
Yours atypical flower has not been given a name (yet!).
