Either a 'rayed' Groundsel or possibly Oxford Ragwort.

Yes, I think you've got it in Marsh Ragwort. Probably a month away from flowering up here so I didn't think of it as a contender.

More likely it is the hybrid of Marsh and Common Ragwort - Senecio x ostenfeldii.
Highly fertile, backcrosses with either parent, locally more common than Marsh Ragwort or persists where Marsh Ragwort has been lost through drainage, intermediate in a whole range of characters, often has this untidy habit not shown by either parent. It comes into flower 1-2 weeks before Marsh Ragwort and often continues into the autumn.
Much under-recorded.
