Hi Cordaline, I'm fairly sure the second one is a deutzia, but I don't know the first one. Very pretty though.

No.1 is Deutzia, probably 'gracilis'
No. 2 is Phygelius capensis 'Coccineus'.
Phygelius comes in orange, red & yellow.
Habit not unlike a half-hardy fichsia.

So I have! Well spotted.
Corrected list:
No. 1 is Phygelius capensis 'Coccineus'.

Ok, I've done a search on the Deutzia gracilis & it says it grows to 3ft tall.
Well mine is about 10ft, so back to the drawing board I guess!

I've had another look at this one now I know the height of your shrub and I'm pretty sure it is Deutzia magnifica. |

Your Phygelius will spred like crazy if it likes where it is! If you want to limit its' spread dig up the rooting stems around the edge every autumn. I also keep mine in check by cutting the stems back to 1/3 height every year too.
