Any idea's what this flower is please?

Here's another one hanging over from my neighbours garden.
I haven't a clue. Very pretty though.

It's a double flowered form of a Mock Orange, Philadelphus cv- very sweetly scented + loved by blackfly!

yes, I agree.......I can remember sticking my nose in this on the way home from Sunday School in London and it often had little black beetles in it....intoxicating smell.
