Perhaps this is Common Fumitory but I have not looked closely at fumitories before and would appreciate your thoughts.

Individual flowers are 11-12mm long, and on the two spikes I counted there were 14 flowers on each.
The fruit is round but flattened, about 2.5 x 2mm.
The angle of the pedicel seems to depend on where it is on the spike: eventually curving downwards at the top and in the middle, but angled upwards lower down.
