| | | Central reservation flowers Can anyone tell me what the name is of the flower that grows on motorway central reservations and is flowering now? It's very low growing, and has thousands of tiny white flowers with, perhaps, a slightly blueish tinge. I assume it's a halophyte and grows where the roads have been heavily gritted, beside motorways and dual carriageways. As a result it shoots past the car windows at 70 miles an hour, and I've never been able to get a good look at it. |

I'm seeing lots of this at the moment along the A40 in west London/Middx at the moment, so agree this is the most likely ID. |
