Tree ID please

Can anyone identify this tree please?

It is in east London growing in piece of rough grassland close to pitches used for Sunday football.

The tree is quite small, probably less than ten feet high and with about a five or six feet spread it is more of a straggling bush than a tree.

As you can see the leaves have not come out yet, but it is covered in what look like seeds.
