| | | Weed / Wildflower, need ID please Hi,
I'm trying to grow myself a little meadow (it's only 5 x 3 m) and last October, I sowed some wildflower seed. Hardly anything has really taken hold, apart from this little fellah, I'm praying that it is something pretty, but I cannot be sure, can you please help me identify it.
NOT the flowering plant in the bottom left corner (I think that is a forget-me-not), it's the other plants you can see everywhere else!
Any help much appreciated!!!!!

| | | Re: Weed / Wildflower, need ID please Oh that would be great news indeed, it makes sense, because I did whack a whole lot of cornfield annuals......
Now I got to figure out what happened to my musk mallow and ox-eye daisy! |

| | | Re: Weed / Wildflower, need ID please Not to worry about your ox-eye daisy... In my experience, these are tough as old boots. We planted half a dozen in our garden a few years ago, and now they're everywhere... Hundreds in the lawn. |

| | | Re: Weed / Wildflower, need ID please best time to sow meadow flowers and grasses is in August whist the ground is nice and warm, the ideal conditions for germination (Mimicing nature) !
