| | | Re: Wildflower ideas anyone??? The ragwort in my garden was self set, I didn't plant it, it grows wild around here. I am not aware of anything other than the cinnabar caterpillar eating the leaves but an awful lot of insects like to feed on the flowers which is why I have it.
Oh, and I have no intention of stopping it from setting seed. |

| | Re: Wildflower ideas anyone??? Just to say a big thanks to all you guys who responded to my post, all information was very helpful and you will be pleased to know that my hedgerow is coming along nicely and it looks like one or two of the shrubs look like they are going to flower this summer. The wildflowers i have planted are looking healthy as well. They include Foxgloves, wild strawberry,Evening Primroses,night-flowering catchfly,Red Campion,Bird's foot trefoil,Agimony, cowslip's and Primroses!! Phew, wish me luck.
I'll post a report later in the summer to let you guys know how i'm getting on.
Cheers, Deano. [ | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
