Two Violets for ID please

Lots of violets at the site where I walked today and I noticed some which looked different in the hedgerow en route.

They were growing on chalky soil.

These were growing in large clumps but the leaves were not very prominent.





These were in the hedgerow - much longer stalks, more prominant leaves and a different shade of purple







I couldn't make out any fragrance from any of them.

Reckon no1 to be Sweet Violet grows on chalky soils.No 2, Common Dog Violet. Viola Riviniana
