I think it is Lords and Ladies. They are popping up all over the place lately.Shows spring is a comin' in..

The pale mid-rib, suggests to me this may be Arum italicum.

I would say Arum maculatum. I think Arum italicum has a more variegated leaf pattern, in addition to a pale midrib.

There are certainly variegated leaf forms of A. italicum, but many are green.
