Unknown grass

Could anyone identify this grass, growing from a rock wall in Jersey.

Its something I've seen before but I just can't name it. Its an annual though

Might be annual meadow grass (Poa annua) but that's a guess

I was thinking that, but wasn't sure. Certainly has a Poa look to it.

Thanks for your help with this. I know that grasses can be difficult, especially from images. I thought that it might be a Poa, and annua seems most likely.
