| | | quite a few for ID hi
theres a load of images on my PC from the summer which i still haven't ID'd. just had a look through but i'd like some opinions please! spear thistle, cirsium vulgare???
now some umbellifers
think these may be hogweed Herecleum sphondylium
not sure on this, unfortunately didnt get any other shots, just the flowers
not sure on this at all, could be a mallow?
i think this could be in the cabbage family, but again, didnt really get any leaf shots, just these flowers with no stamens, just that green stigma in the middle
last one isnt a flower as such, but i see it quite a lot and don't really know what it is, took this photo as the colours are great! any ideas?
cheers for any input

| | | Re: quite a few for ID 1 Spear Thistle, Cirsium vulgare
2 Hogweed, Heracleum sphondylium
3 A guess- Hemlock Water-dropwort, Oenanthe crocata, with tachinid fly, Tachina fera
4 Musk Mallow, Malva moschata
5 Greater Celandine, Chelidonium majus
6 Herb Robert, Geranium robertianum |

| | | Re: quite a few for ID regarding the umbellifers i think i'll agree with you the flowers on the latter one look right for O.crocata and the leaves and umbels look wrong for hedge parsley, so i'll stick with hogweed
thanks for everyones replies
