Super picture but as its a juvenial fern it is a bit hard to make a guess, maybe someone here will be able to help you, i don't suppose you have a picture of the same fern a few weeks later.

| | | Re: Fern for I.D. Although it could be" Scaly ", also the "Golden Male Fern". And a fair few others besides,more photos are needed really.It probably is a Dryopteris sp. but I cant even be certain on that,though scaly or Golden Male fern is not a bad guess Welshrich.
