What do you think of 'wet' walnuts? I definitely prefer them when they've matured a little and dried.

All the walnuts had fallen from the tree... out of them i had only 2 sour nuts. But if they are slightly wet i just leave them on a plate in a warm sunny place for a few days. The walnuts above had been bagged in the same bag as the Almonds.... most of the almonds where wet (and a few sticky)... but they tasted great.
