Giant Knotweed??

Could this be Giant Knotweed (Fallopia sachalinensis)?? It's not a plant I'm familiar with, so I'd be grateful for some help

Looks right to me, though can be confused with the hybrid Fallopia x bohemica (japonica x sachalinensis)

Following on, could this plant be the hybrid Fallopia x bohemica? It doesn't seem right for either Japanese or Giant Knotweed, but I can't find any decent images of the hybrid so I'm hoping someone might be able to offer an opinion

The flowers remind me of a plant I think its common name is Russian Vine but not too sure

No, it's definitely not Russian-vine; the plant you're thinking of is Fallopia baldschuanica, and it's a very vigorous climber

The flowers are very similar, though
