Mugwort for ID
Is anyone familiar with Chinese Mugwort (Artemisia verlotiorum) and could advise whether this plant matches it? It was about 8ft tall, much taller than any plant of Artemisia vulgaris I've ever seen, but the information on distinguishing the two seems very confusing.

Apparently Chinese Mugwort is commonest in the south-east, but the books say it's spreading and this site (waste land by a boatyard) is the sort of place it might spring up
