Umbellifers for id please

All growing in Dover Castle, taken a few days ago.

Sorry about the bad quality, I hope someone can tell what they are from the general appearance. I only took one picture of each, can't think why.

1. Wild Parsnip?

2. Wild Carrot? Hedge Parsley?

3 and 4. No idea, but I think they may be the same.

1. Wild parsnip
2. I think is Hedge parsley - too spread for wild carrot

3 Can't see enough leaves or seed formation to judge

2. Wild Carrot (Daucus carota)
3. Hogweed (Heracleum sphondylium)

I did think the last two might be hogweed but discounted it because I thought it likes ditches and is much taller. I suppose it's kept stumpy by regular strimming. (I asked how they did the ramparts - they lower the men with strimmers down on ropes.)
