Hautbois is a larger plant with much less shiny leaves. Also the fruits should not have achenes right to the base of the receptacle (i.e. pips to the base of the fleshy red bit).
Also Hautbois Strawberries are dioecious, so you would need both male and female plants in order to produce fruit. I think this would be fairly unlikely in a naturalized population.
I have Hautbois in my garden and can confirm that the lack of runners mentioned as a key character in many books is not true
