Today i went to a local area where i know Henbane grows abundantly, this happens to be a very peaceful area.
Whilst at one patch of Henbane i noticed that all the surrounding over grown grass & scrub had been cut down.
Anyway the interesting thing i had noticed was approx 10 meters away from this patch where newly placed Bee Hives and these where lined parallel to the strip that had the henbane in it.

Whilst photographing the henbane i could not help notice the abundance of Bee's getting pollen from the henbane plants
Maybe it is just me but it does seem like that hives where placed purposely near to the Henbane so that the Bee's would use the Henbane for for their pollen.
There where a few other plants growing among the patch namely some kind of vetch and some flowers that look like camomile/ or large daisies, but these other flowers only made up around (guesstimate) 10% of the vegitation in the patch.
Some of these plants where pretty big, this flower was over 4cm across which for henbane is quite big.
