I found this on top of a small fell in the lake district. It was growing, plentifully, on the open, damp moorland there at roughly 1200m. Everything seems to fit for Carex laevigata except for the habitat...any thoughts?

Looks like Green-ribbed Sedge (Carex binervis) to me
