Hemp Nettle and Possible Mahonia

Is this Bifid Hemp Nettle or Common Hemp Nettle? Is there an easy way to ID them when out in the field?

I have seen this a few times but am not sure what it is?

Is this Marsh Yellow Cress?

1 looks like Galeopsis tetrahit to me; the lip isn't bifid.

2 Common garden North American shrub, Sumach, Rhus typhina which regularly suckers; great autumn colour.

Galeopsis tetrahit, Common Hemp Nettle, has flowers with the colour on the mid lobe of the lower lip not extending to the edges so there is a wide border of white as in your picture.

Galeopsis bifida, Bifid Hemp Nettle, which I was looking at in the field yesterday, has a narrow border as the colour extends towards the edge. As well as this the mid lobe is clearly emarginate or notched. The plant I was looking at yesterday was clearly different to Common Hemp Nettle.
