| | | Sites in Lancs Orange Balsam So far I have been doing well on the Balsam front this year, I have seen Small and Himalayan and am going for Touch-Me-Not soon. The only one which has eluded me is the Orange Balsam. Does anyone know of any sites in Lancashire for it? I know we have had a debate about plant locations etc. But this is an invasive alien - its not like divulging the site of the Red Helleborine PM me if you want |

| | | Re: Sites in Lancs Orange Balsam Hmm I'm trying to turn the memories in my head - I've not seen it in Lincs but I think I may have seen it on Nene in Northampton...... Which isn't much use for you I know.....
Good luck with this its a nice plant - I don't even think its as voraciously invasive as its pink relative certainly although I have seen it a few times - I've never seen it in a huge stand just as a small number of plants. |
