Leaves are 1.5" long Grass green and slightly silvered underneath

I was given this by a neighbour, just that, no major leaves, no stalk and given it late last night. I suspected it could be an Artemesia. Wasn't 100% sure. wasn't 10% sure to be honest. I don't dare tell her to bring a larger sample of the next plant just in case she drags a whole tree to me, she takes things VERY literally you see.

Rev | Certainly an artemisia - but the narrow, rosemary type leaves look more like Artemisia alba, particularly the cultivar 'camphorata'. Is the odour strongly of camphor ?
