Hi All, while walking with a group today we came across this plant that noone could ID, its growing under a road bridge in Midlothian so conditions are protected but dry, can anyone help, its not a very good image and I have inset a closeup of the flowering stems, as you can see its over 6 foot high.  |

Looks like an extremely tall plant of Weld (Reseda luteola) |

I don't think it is guy's, I went out today and found a welt, and its different. I will post another shot of the plant that may make it clearer. |

I'm pretty certain it is Weld, especially after seeing the last photo.
Have a look at these: -

Yes those new pictures definitely show that it is Weld |

Weld it is then, the images of yours certainly are the same. I was surprised at how tall the one I found has grown, thank's again everyone for you input its very much appreciated.
