Flowering Shrub identification required

I found this flowering shrub, which I have never seen before, growing beside a rough track. The shrub was around ten feet tall and covered in these long flowers.

Leycesteria formosa--bees like it + Blackbirds in particular are partial to the fruits, so may be bird sown. Sometimes called Himalayan Honeysuckle.

I would say Leycesteria too I have a similar shrub in my garden the bees love but I think mine is Weigela.
