8 looks like a cultivated Verbascum
9 Sisyrhinchium striatum- often seen naturalised
13 might be a form of Rosa multiflora

I think 9 is Phaeophleps nigricans a native of Chile and Argentina (related to Sisyrynchium - and indeed a synonym of Aeshna's suggestion)
