Can someone confirm or otherwise whether this tiny plant, growing in sand dunes along the coast, is Sea Pearlwort (Sagina maritima)?

I could very well be wrong but I think its more likely Procumbent Pearlwort .... its hard to tell from the photo but the leaves seem to have bristle points. The way its growing looks more like S. procumbens too

It seems to me that it matches the description of Sea Pearlwort, Sagina maritima, quite well. The leaves appear to be mostly obtuse at their ends and I agree with KT and think you are correct in going for Sea Pearlwort.
