5 is definatly germander/ birds eye speedwell
2 the leaves look like a trefoil, I'm nowhere near my id books so can't help more than that  |

Am I correct is saying that the common name for Cytisus scoparius f. andreanus is Scotch Broom and is different from the common sort of broom? |
