That doesn't mean a whole lot, though - I've come to realise that pretty much anything grown in gardens also stands a chance of being found outside them, especially when you're looking in places around towns |

| | Re: Spurge for ID It does look as though it could be E. polychrama- though I'm by no means certain. It is a common garden plant, regularly sold in garden centres, so it would be a surprise if it didn't turn up somewhere! |

For a while I thought I'd cracked it when I came across this photo of a cultivated spurge, which seems a very, very close match to mine. Unfortunately Euphorbia longifolia, as it's named on the website, doesn't exist  - the RHS list it as a pseudonym of Euphorbia cornigera, Horned Spurge, but the pictures Google Image come up with for that species are so different I can't really believe they're all of the same plant
I just don't seem to be getting very far with this one |
