| | | A couple of plants for ID I'm in need of some help & advice on these two, please
This Pilosella had virtually covered a lawn and was growing out of the tops of nearby brick walls, too. Apparently there are three species that occur as introductions; Spreading Mouse-ear Hawkweed ( Pilosella flagellaris), Yellow Fox-and-cubs ( Pilosella caespitosa) & Tall Mouse-ear Hawkweed ( Pilosella praealta), but I can't find any decent pictures of any of them. Any ideas?
This toadflax/antirrhinum-type plant was growing out of a village stone wall; presumably a garden escape, but I can't find anything that fits the bill |

| | | Re: A couple of plants for ID The Pilosella looks just like P. officinarum to me. All the species you mention have more than one flowerhead per stem.
I agree about the Nemesia |

I agree about the Nemesia | That's a shame, but thanks anyway
I had no idea P. officinarum could spread like that - it's covered an area of probably twenty square yards, completely out-competing the grass |
