It's a very small one then
This plant was only a foot or so tall and it's protected from rabbits by being completely surrounded with chicken wire. And I can't imagine the wardens protecting a bit of Broom.  |

aah. It could be Dyers Greenweed but I'm not sure if its a later plant. Its quite rare and is similar to broom. |
