Hi, spotted these today:
. 
Flowers are a bluish/mauve colour but they also seem to come in yellow and white, plant is about 2/3 metre high. |

Looks like a Comfrey of some sort to me.

I agree that it is Russian Comfrey, but the yellow and white plants that you are seeing would most likely be a different species. | | |
