I would have said water chickweed, Myosoton aquaticum, but the photo seems to show 3 styles in the flower, not the required 5

Yes deeply divided petals 9 stamens? chickweed has three to eight stamens and three styles was it near water? Could be aquatic doh 
Yes on balance and lack of 5 styles its Chickweed.

Still think it's chickweed. Stitchwort petals only divided to halfway.
