Wood Stitchwort?

Found today, I'm thinking this is Wood Stitchwort - (Stellaria nemorum), but would appreciate confirmation/other.

I think it could be the wood stitchwort but the petals look broader than what I have seen but this could be just because of the flowers being young.

Yes, I thought the petals didn't look exactly right, but there doesn't seem to be any other Stitchwort that fits with the flower size, and with the overall hairyness of the stem and leaves. (But I think it's too hairy, and the flower hasn't enough stamens to be a Chickweed).
