They are usually quite colourful and exotic as well |

| | | Re: Common Pasque Flower I wish we did get them wild here in Lancashire. I remember the thrill of seeing my first wild ones at the splendid 'Hills and Holes' reserve at Barnack in Cambridgeshire in 2003. I've also seen other goodies there, like Man Orchid and Knapweed Broomrape.

Regards, Chris | ive got knapweed broomrape at the same site as the pasqueflower  but never seen man orchid......trip to kent next year me thinks...perhaps late spider orchids too

Regards, Chris | haha that reminds me of the day last year when I spent 45 minutes searching a small bog for bog orchids before I eventually found them - them was 13 little green boring plants  but I love them anyway haha. Nice to say to KT IVE SEEN BOG ORCHIDS though
