Poet's Narcissus and Pheasant's-eye are both names for the same plant - Narcissus poeticus which this isn't.
Is the bud in the background coming from the same stem? If so it is probably a Primrose-peerless (Narcissus x medioluteus) |

No, it isn't N. poeticus - it looks to be one of the Division Three, "small-cupped" daffodils, I've got pictures of several very similar plants that I'm still trying & struggling to sort out  |

The true pheasant's eye has a smaller corona, pale lemon yellow with a red edge on the frill, and a very strong scent. There are so many look-alikes now. |
