Mystery Euphorbia (Spurge) sp.

Can anyone offer some advice as to the identity of this Euphorbia, found on the site of an old (18th Century, I think) estate on the edge of Bristol?

I think this is petty spurge, Euphorbia peplus.

Probably Twiggy Spurge (Euphorbia x pseudovirgata) - but not 100% sure, it is one of a tricky group of species and hybrids.

looks more sun spurge to me.

Hi All

I don't think it is any of those, certainly not Sun Spurge!!!! but I can't put a name to it. I have it growing in my garden and I think you will find that those woody stems are leftovers from last years growth and it can eventually reach 2-3ft. I grew it years ago from a packet of mixed Euphorbia seed and have never been able to identify it (or get rid of it).
