Diseased Leaf

I was just wondering what has happened to this leaf (sycamore?). I presume it is diseased and if so what is the disease called?

Its a gall caused by a mite Aceria sp. I think.

Gall of mite - Aceria cephaloneus I think

But in the lower leaves I think you have another gall
Aceria macrorhyncus (in my notes described as "large and pustular")
