Hi WAB'ers,

Yep, me again with more weed seedlings from the sh... no, I won't do it - I'm starting to bore myself with that line...

Oh, well anyway, I have a 3in-tall weed for identification, thanks!!

Yep, Bindweed - that's all the ID you need. Best get it out now, before it gets going too much and smothers everything else. No time for leniency here, do it now!

oh, and be sure to dig around a bit to get as much of the root as you possibly can out of the ground - it is very persistant - hence why it is such a problem. This will be a repetetive task for you over the coming years - enjoy!

Bindweed may be a bit invasive, but they do have lovely white flower and, I believe, White Plume Moths like 'em

Hi T, yes, as a non-gardener and a kid I used to love it. There are different species, some less invasive than others, aren't there?

Even so, if I were Jason, I wouldn't take any chances.
